Every document that stands behind the Super Fire Ball — published in full, with verifiable sources. We say exactly what each one certifies, and what it does not.
TSEK Certificate — TSE K 39
Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) · No. 063622-TSEK-04/03 · first issued 13.10.2017 · valid until 22.04.2027
What it certifies: Conformity of the product with the TSE K 39 criteria for single-use, unpressurized fire-extinguishing balls — model YG-ABC01, fire ratings 5A / 55B. TSE re-inspects production regularly; the 2023 surveillance report is published below.
EU Type-Examination — CE 2806
CerTrust Kft., EU Notified Body 2806 · Certificate PB 003414 001 · Directive 2013/29/EU · EN 16263-1…5 · reg. 2806-P1-003414
What it certifies: Safety of the ball's pyrotechnic activation element under the EU pyrotechnics directive — construction, handling safety, and labelling of the activation device.
What it does not certify: It is not an extinguisher performance rating: no fire ball anywhere carries an EN 3 portable-extinguisher rating. Extinguishing evidence comes from the TSE K 39 tests above.
BSI Verification Certificate VC 788742
BSI Assurance UK · issued 30.08.2023 · expiry date 29.08.2026
What it certifies: BSI's verification of the product (model YG-ABC01) against the TSE K 39 (2012) criteria, based on the Efectis Era test report.
What it does not certify: The certificate has reached its expiry date (validity dates as printed). It is shown in full for transparency; a renewed certificate will be published here when available.
Efectis Era — fire-laboratory tests
Efectis Era Avrasya Test Laboratory · report RFTR19186 · results declaration EEA-1900-0082-Rev2
What it certifies: Independent laboratory testing to the TSE K 39 standard: all six tests passed (listed above).
What it does not certify: As the laboratory itself states, this is a declaration of test results — not a product approval.
Safety Data Sheet (SDS) — EU REACH
YG Yangın · SDS No. GBF-1548 · Revision 7 · 20.03.2025 · Regulation (EC) 1907/2006
What it certifies: The extinguishing powder (91% monoammonium phosphate) is not classified as a health, physical or environmental hazard — no hazard pictograms, no signal word. This is the documented basis for calling the agent non-toxic.
What it does not certify: Fine powder should still not be inhaled: the SDS itself instructs "do not breathe dust" and to use ventilation — which is why our instructions say to air the room after a discharge.
U.S. DOT / PHMSA EX Approval
U.S. Department of Transportation · Approval 2024024740 (2024) · UN0432
What it certifies: A United States federal transport classification of the ball as a pyrotechnic article for technical purposes — required for lawful shipping in the US market.
What it does not certify: A transport classification only — not a product performance approval.
ISO 9001:2015 — factory quality management
Printed on the product label · manufacturer: YG Yangın Güvenliği, Istanbul
What it certifies: The manufacturer's quality-management system — the factory's production processes, not the individual product.
What it does not certify: A copy of the certificate will be published here when available.
The Super Fire Ball is a supplementary automatic suppression device for unattended spaces. It does not replace the conventional extinguishers required by Georgian regulation (Resolution No. 370/2015), and it does not detect smoke — keep your smoke alarms.
