Products & Pricing
We strive to display accurate product information and pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate information. With cash on delivery you pay the courier when you receive the product; card orders are charged when the order is placed.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the product. Please inspect products on receipt and report any damage promptly.
Warranty & Returns
The Super Fire Ball carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, subject to our returns process.
Limitation of Liability
ORDEX GEORGIA products are safety aids and do not guarantee against all fire-related loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORDEX GEORGIA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
