Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Ordex Georgia. These terms govern your use of our website and purchase of our products.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Ordex Georgia website (ordexgeorgia.com) and purchasing our products, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors and images accurately reflects the actual products. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice. All fire extinguisher balls are certified to TSE K 39, EN, and ISO standards. Certifications and specifications are accurate at time of listing.
3Pricing & Availability
All prices are displayed in Georgian Lari (₾) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.
4Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that: • All information provided is accurate and complete • You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided • Your payment method has sufficient funds We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards), TBC Pay, BOG Pay, and Cash on Delivery. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization (except Cash on Delivery orders). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5Shipping & Delivery
We deliver throughout Georgia. Standard delivery times are 1–5 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over ₾100. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Ordex Georgia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
6Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if: • The product is unused and in original packaging • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival • The wrong product was delivered To initiate a return, contact us at returns@ordexgeorgia.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
7Warranty
All Ordex Georgia fire extinguisher balls come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by misuse or improper installation • Normal wear and tear • Products that have been activated (used) • Damage caused by accident or external causes
8Limitation of Liability
Ordex Georgia's fire extinguisher balls are designed to suppress fires in their early stages. They are not a substitute for professional fire safety systems, smoke detectors, or emergency services. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgian law, Ordex Georgia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
9Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Ordex Georgia and is protected by Georgian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
11Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
